No need to drive to Napa or Sonoma when you can enjoy outstanding wines right in our backyard! In Yolo County, you can choose from some of your favorite wines or try something new at the many tasting rooms and wineries in the area. Most wineries in Yolo County are family-owned and operated and have uncompromising commitment to quality and excellence.

GREAT BEAR VINEYARDS – Just look at that view! This gorgeous family-owned winery and tasting room is a fabulous new spot in Davis to come check out. Their selection of premium wines are only available at the tasting room and through their wine club – it is worth a visit! They are open on the second Saturday of each month from 2-6 p.m. and host wonderful events throughout the year. Mark your calendars for Lavender Day on Saturday, June 8th to come see the beautiful French Lavender flowers in full bloom.
SUNDSTROM HILL WINERY – This local, family-owned gem in East Davis has it all! Serving award-winning wines and featuring stellar live music since 2010. They are open every Saturday for tastings and have many live music events throughout the month!

CORK IT AGAIN – Made with local grapes from Winters and Lodi, enjoy filling up your wine in bulk then reuse your bottle at Cork It Again’s tasting room in Downtown Davis. They encourage customers to rinse out their wine bottles and return the clean Cork It Again bottle for a $1.00 off per refill. Jammy Zins and buttery chardonnays await you here! Sign up for their fun Paint n Sip classes and be sure to stop by during 2nd Friday ArtAbout for a $5 glass and some yummy nibbles.
TURKOVICH FAMILY WINES – The comfy and cozy Turkovich Family Wines tasting room is quaintly nestled in Downtown Winters, surrounded by lovely restaurants and local businesses. Enjoy a cheese tasting while sipping on their legendary wines or grab a pizza at Putah Creek Cafe to enjoy at the tasting room. You will feel like family the moment you walk in!
BERRYESSA GAP VINEYARDS – Boasting fine wines from locally-grown grapes, Berryessa Gap Vineyards offers a fun and relaxing atmosphere at both tasting rooms located in Winters. Their tasting room in Downtown Winters has live music on the weekends and hosts an open-mic night every third Thursday at 6:00 p.m. The family-friendly tasting room on Highway 128 (located next to Berryessa Brewing Company) is surrounded by farmland, vineyards and orchards and also has live music on the weekends.
