If you are looking for the cache of a fancy club, this is not the place for you.  Stonegate is a private community in West Davis and the Club has amenities galore without the big price tag.  Currently, dues for homeowners are under $60 per month for SO much! – three pools, six tennis courts, a fitness center, a soccer field, a 17-acre lake and free use of the boats (paddle, sail and canoes).

The waterfront clubhouse is a beautiful space which can be reserved for an extra fee for special events.  In the end, Stonegate is a lifestyle – it’s the essence of California Living.
